1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SonicPush (“the Service”), operated by SonicPush (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SonicPush is an always-on Meta advertising system for independent artists. We compose creative variants from your assets, run them as paid ads inside your own Meta ad account, optimise on cost-per-Spotify-follow, review performance daily, and reallocate budget on a cadence calibrated to Meta's optimization learning window. We do not guarantee any specific advertising outcome, growth rate, stream count, change cadence, or algorithmic placement on any third-party platform (including Spotify editorial or algorithmic surfaces such as Discover Weekly, Release Radar, or Radio).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to distribute the music you submit. By using the Service, you represent that you own or control all rights to the music you promote through SonicPush.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

SonicPush offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta from a card you keep on file with Meta — we never custody ad spend. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the subscription portion.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Annual subscriptions include a 20% discount and are billed upfront for the full year.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit music or creative assets you do not have rights to use.
Use the Service to run ads that violate Meta's advertising policies.
Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer our optimization or hook databases.
Circumvent rate limits, abuse the API, or interfere with the Service's operation.
Use bots, artificial streaming, or fraudulent engagement tactics alongside our Service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your music and uploaded assets. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your artist name, imagery, and track information solely for the purpose of composing and serving Meta ads on your behalf. Our hook libraries, optimization systems, ad creative templates, and platform technology are our proprietary intellectual property.

8. Meta Account Ownership

The Meta ad account, page, and pixel used to run your campaigns remain entirely under your ownership. SonicPush operates inside your account via partner connection — you can revoke our access at any time from Meta Business Manager. The audiences, creative, and performance data accumulated belong to you and stay with you if you cancel.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before cancellation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
