Refund Policy

1. General Principle
SonicPush is a subscription-based software service. Because the engine begins composing creative variants and configuring Meta campaigns on your behalf the moment you activate a subscription, all fees are considered earned upon payment. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is governed by Meta's own billing terms — not this policy.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (Indie and Pro) renew automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You retain full access to your dashboard and campaign data until the period expires.
- No refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
- Your Meta ad account, audiences, and pixel data remain entirely yours.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment at a 20% discounted rate. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the prepaid annual period. No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for annual plans.
4. Free Analysis Tool
The SonicPush artist analysis tool is provided free of charge. No payment is required to preview what your Meta campaign would look like, and therefore no refund applies.
5. Service Expectations
SonicPush provides an always-on Meta advertising system optimised for cost-per-Spotify-follow. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- A specific cost-per-follow figure
- A specific number of new followers, saves, or playlist adds
- Increases in streams or monthly listeners
- Algorithmic placement on Discover Weekly, Release Radar, or any other Spotify surface
The nature and volume of results depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of your music, your genre, your creative inputs, Meta's ranking decisions, and broader market conditions. The engine optimises continuously to maximise efficiency, but outcomes vary by artist.
7. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@sonicpush.ai within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.
8. Account Termination by SonicPush
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period.
9. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- From your SonicPush dashboard under Settings → Billing
- By emailing support@sonicpush.ai
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is complete.
